I know this feeling intimately because I lived it.

When I first dove into the world of traditional astrology, I was searching for a deeply animistic practice. I longed for that co-creative partnership with the cosmos I knew our ancestors had. 

What I found was a world of powerful techniques that could certainly produce outcomes, but the teaching was entirely focused on the transaction. The soul was missing. It was a world of rigid formulas and a relentless focus on results, and my heart rejected it.
