Here's how to work with the track.

Listen when you're alone. Headphones are better, but not required. Go somewhere quiet and close your eyes and just breathe. 

Then press play.

While it's playing, just notice any new feelings in your body. Could be warmth. Tingling. A sensation like a breeze moving across your skin. Might be something completely unique to you that you don't have words for.

When you feel that—whatever it is—focus on it.

See if you can spread the feeling through your body. If you feel it in your chest, or in your stomach, imagine that feeling spreading out like warm honey.

Move it around. Deepen it.

Give it a color if that feels natural. A temperature. Let it become more vivid.

This process will enhance the magical effect significantly.
